Purchasing a fine art print online with Designart couldn't be easier and is a straightforward and simple process. Most credit and debit cards are accepted and Delivery on all items within the UK is free. Free delivery also on all unframed prints worldwide.

1. Simply click on the add to basket link beneath the item of your choice. You will then see your basket page. On your basket page you will see the quantity, a small image of your chosen item, the cost of each and the total price. To add or subtract an item from your basket simply click on the plus (+) or minus (-) symbol and the basket will update.

2. Select your country for delivery, i.e. The United kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, the United States or the rest of the world - airmail. And then click save. The basket will then be updated to include the cost of postage to the destination you have chosen. If you need to alter your country of choice simply click on 'change' next to the delivery costs.

3. Click 'continue shopping' at Designart to carry on browsing the site or Checkout, to pay using Google checkout, Paypal or cheque/postal order (UK only). More Info in the payment section below. To return to your basket at any time just click the view basket icon at the top of any page.

All online purchases are processed through the secure SSL 128 bit encrypted payment gateways of Google Checkout and Paypal. So you can be sure your transaction is both safe and secure. Designart will not ask you for and does not hold any of your bank or credit card details.

To pay through Google Checkout you will need to have an account or sign up for one. But once you have you will never need to input your credit card details again on any website that accepts Google checkout as a payment option.

To pay through Paypal you will not need to have an account but you will be given the option to sign up for one during the payment process.

UK buyers have the added option of  payment by cheque or postal order. Please be aware that with this option it will take 7 working days for a cheque to clear.

UK:

Delivery is free on all orders despatched within the UK.

All items are despatched by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or courier depending on the total weight of the items purchased. Delivery is normally within 3  to 5 working days. Confirmation of despatch will be sent by email.

International:

Delivery is free on all orders for unframed prints worldwide. Framed prints are only despatched to the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia at present but no restrictions on unframed items.

Please make sure to input your country of destination at checkout as delivery costs for framed prints will depend on the country of destination and final volumetric weight of the items purchased.

Unframed prints and lighter single items are despatched by Royal Airmail  (international signed for) and delivery is normally within 7 to 14 working days.

Heavier Framed prints are despatched by international courier and delivery is normally within 5 to 10 working days. Confirmation of despatch will be sent by email.

Designart offers a 14 day money back guarantee (28 days for international purchases). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me first to arrange return of the item. Prints must be returned to me undamaged within that time frame to receive a full refund less any postage and packing costs.

If you receive an item damaged in transit please contact me immediately and retain the original packaging as proof for the carrier and insurance claim purposes.

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance. Designart does not ask you for and will not hold any information regarding your bank or credit card details. All payments are processed using the respected and secure international payment gateways of Google Checkout and Paypal. No financial details is gathered or retained by Designart.uk.com.

The only information Designart will hold is for delivery and contact purposes only and consists of your name, address, email and telephone number (required for international courier deliveries). This information will not be shared with anyone else.
